Tim is the Founder of The Cronin Law Group. He handles a diverse caseload ranging from complex federal and state environmental litigation to Advisory Board duties for corporations and every type of commercial litigation disputes in between. Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation - at both the State and Federal levels - from inception through trial and appeal. Mr. Byrne’s past experience as a former environmental regulator gives him the unique ability to have insight into what are often complex issues and work toward innovative and pragmatic solutions. Mr. Byrne also has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of complex commercial cases ranging from breach of contract to employment and unfair competition matters.

Dennis J. Byrne

Mr. Laupheimer's practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including mass torts, class actions and appeals, administrative matters and commercial disputes. He has been with the Firm since 2010. He previously clerked for San Francisco Superior Court Judge Ira A. Brown (dec.), was Senior Counsel for a large California utility, was a Partner in a large California law firm and maintained his own solo practice. He has extensive experience regarding the strategizing on and preparation of numerous discovery and other pre-trial/trial matters. He has also developed comprehensive organizational expertise in document collection/analysis and other discovery issues.
